Job Description
Raizcorp is looking for your background, experience, and deep love for business (specifically business strategy) coupled with your being a fluent Zulu language speaker to join our fiercely caring team of business coaches. Our business coaches are allocated a portfolio of entrepreneurs whose businesses you’ll coach one-on-one on their business strategy, and also train in group classroom strategy sessions. You do not have to be a qualified coach when you apply for this role – all we need is your passion for business; your 10 plus years’ experience in business and entrepreneurship coupled with a strong understanding of business strategy. This role specifically requires a strong Zulu and English languages speaker.
A big part of this role is facilitation to Zulu speaking audiences. You will need to be a strong and experienced facilitator, specifically experienced in facilitation of business related concepts.
What does this role do?
The successful candidate will be a full-time business coach, working from our offices and seeing entrepreneurs at our offices. You will receive a portfolio of entrepreneurs who you will need to grow, guide and develop throughout the course of their journey with Raizcorp. This is not consultancy work, but rather a carefully designed program akin to a coaching intervention. We will provide you with a qualification in the coaching methodology, which is internationally recognised. You will not do for the entrepreneur, but rather help them do for themselves. You will also be required to facilitate classes on business and strategy to groups of entrepreneurs, and for these sessions you will need to be fluent in Zulu. We will also train you on group facilitation skills.
What experience is preferred?
Strong experience over at least four different industries. You should be educated and experienced in business strategy. You do not need to be an experienced coach – we will give you detailed, world-class training to help you be able to effectively coach entrepreneurs. You do need to have a real interest in learning how to be a coach and helping people uncover their own potential. Languages required include English and Zulu.
What kind of personality will excel in this role?
The ideal candidate is someone with a deep care and understanding for people. Someone with heart and deep empathy levels.
