Raizcorp is seeking a Conceptual Graphic Designer — a creative professional passionate about crafting visual concepts that communicate ideas, stories, and messages with clarity and impact.
In this role, you will be responsible for transforming abstract or complex ideas into visually compelling designs that engage and inspire our audiences. You will work across a range of media including print, digital, and multimedia, collaborating closely with our creative and marketing teams to bring ideas to life.
You’ll manage the entire design process, from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality creative outputs that align with our brand and project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop original designs, concepts, and layouts that demonstrate strong visual and aesthetic principles.
Assist in creating artwork for campaigns — including landing pages, emails, banners, social media posts, website assets, and other deliverables.
Estimate project timelines and ensure work is completed efficiently.
Think creatively to generate new ideas and innovative design solutions.
Source and curate imagery for campaigns and maintain the company’s image library.
Apply and maintain brand corporate identity (CI) guidelines consistently across all materials.
Translate visual styles effectively across various mediums to create cohesive campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and deliver impactful designs.
Develop conceptual sketches and storyboards to communicate creative ideas.
Produce engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with brand standards.
Stay up to date with design trends, techniques, and best practices.
Prepare layouts and artwork for print production, ensuring quality and accuracy.
Edit and retouch photos for print and digital use.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
Relevant qualification in Graphic Design or Visual Communication from a recognised design institution.
Minimum five years’ experience in an agency or similar creative environment.
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A strong portfolio showcasing design style, conceptual ability, and creative range.
Deep understanding of the design process, layout, typography, and colour theory.
Ability to design for web and social media platforms (both static and dynamic formats).
Experience creating emailers and marketing collateral.
Strong knowledge of print processes and production requirements.

Additional Information
From time to time, you may be required to perform duties incidental to this position.
Overtime work may be necessary to meet project deadlines, and flexibility will be essential.
The role may require extensive travel, for which compensation will be provided on a per-kilometre or subsistence-and-travel (S&T) basis as applicable.
